Welcome to TissuPaper. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Company information

This website is operated by Tissupaper LLC, doing business as TissuPaper. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Tissupaper LLC.

2. Service area

We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or U.S. territories.

3. Payment and billing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Secure processing: All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your card information.
  • Verification: Orders are subject to payment verification. We may cancel any order that fails our fraud checks.

4. Order processing and delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and expedited delivery takes 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping costs: Standard delivery is free. The cost of expedited delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, let us know within 7 business days for a refund or replacement.
  • Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Product availability and accuracy

We work to display our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if the order can't be fulfilled.

7. Limitation of liability

Tissupaper LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, logos and text, is the property of Tissupaper LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective manufacturers. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
