1. Shipping Coverage & Destination
We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States.

Exclusions: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico) due to carrier limitations on paper bulk.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
To ensure accuracy, every order undergoes a quality check before leaving our warehouse.

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Warehouse Location: All orders ship from our facility in North Carolina, USA.
3. Transit Time & Delivery
Once processed, your order is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@tissupaper.com within 7 business days so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
