1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Product Condition: The item must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not accept in-person returns at our corporate office.

We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Important: Please do not send products back without receiving return approval (RMA) first.
4. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

Restocking Fees: Tissupaper does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Return Shipping (Buyer's Remorse): For standard returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, Tissupaper will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid label.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
